My cousin has just booked a flight to the States because she is helping her in-laws to check out nursing homes in New York City for an elderly Aunt.  Fortunately there is an excellent independent guide that rates all the available homes that offer the services you need, and treats you as a consumer rather than a patient. This is a very welcome service and it will help them find the right place where she will be treated with respect.
