There are many reasons to travel abroad and they are not all for pleasure.  If a member of your family needs to go into drug rehab you may want to consider the excellent facilities in the United States. There are some very well equipped centres there, and most of them are situated in idyllic locations overlooking lakes and oceans.  These would make very good retreat destinations and former patient often return later for a regular top-up.
